You’ve heard of Reiki meditation. Maybe you love it – or you’re terrible at it. Perhaps you’ve hadn’t had the time.
Life goes super quickly. It’s hard to find time to slow down and do nothing, but you just have to do it.
So, why don’t you try Reiki meditation? Yes, Reiki meditation exists. All that is different is this meditation plays out with the additional Reiki energy.
You don’t even have to have knowledge of Reiki beforehand. In Reiki meditations, depending on which you choose, you will draw Reiki down apply through your hands or head onto your chakra points or a place you choose Reiki to go. While visualising yourself connected to the healing energy.
You can also put your hands on various body parts from top to bottom. Like from all sides of your head, neck, shoulders, chest, torso, etc. You may hold your hands there for longer if your body wants to. You must listen to your body – it is the whole point of this exercise.
Whether sitting or lying down, Reiki works best when the spine is straight. If you have trouble keeping straight, feel free to use a wall or a straight chair. It doesn’t take away from the experience.
Once you are done with this, take a few minutes with your hands in the prayer position in front of your chest. Breath and close your eyes, and let Reiki meditation guide with your thoughts.
You’ll know the healing is done when you feel energized, or relaxed.
The benefits of Reiki meditation
Feel the Reiki energy flow through each stage, and just enjoy this time to yourself. Your body is thankful for the energy and time you give it. Perhaps you’ll feel more grateful for yourself afterwards. Maybe you’ll discover your body aches in a certain area and decide to give it a cosy massage.
Regular meditation allows you to focus on your internal thoughts, your subconscious. You are healing yourself. You are listening to your body, physically, mentally and spiritually.
Enjoy Reiki
Reiki might also allow you to enjoy meditation more. It is a different and perhaps refreshing way to go about meditation. Allowing to keep things fresh as you may find repetition boring.
And it can give you a sense of ease or control. Your body is yours to look after, and you can feel more love for yourself. During when you care for it with Reiki meditation.
Along with that, Reiki meditation also benefits a number of other things. If you are looking for a place to relax your mind and reduce stress, Meditation is for you.
It can give your thoughts clarity and meaning. Visualising goals can be easier, or just things you want to get done. It can offer your mind an alternative that only comes up when you’re not busy with other things.
While recovering from surgery, Reiki meditation can help boost it. It also works well with other medical processes.
And lastly, though there are many more benefits with Reiki meditation, you can use it for self-development. You may use Reiki meditation as a tool for your manifestation. Your self-improvement. And as an added positive boost to your lifestyle and health.
Keep track of your body, mental, and spiritual with sessions from Reiki Doncaster and your own Reiki meditation. It will no doubt create an abundance of opportunities for you.
Where do I start with Reiki Meditation?
It is perfectly natural to feel a bit confused as to where you should begin. Routines are hard to form, and you either forget or make up an excuse not to. Or worse, you decide to half-effort your meditation and it didn’t work out well.
Of course, you’re not to blame. It’s nobody’s fault. Right now, the world is a fast-evolving, fast-thinking society. And only in recent years has Reiki Meditation and even just regular meditation grown in popularity. Your mind is used to a busy scene. Multitasking is the average thing to do. You don’t have time to stop.
And that’s true if you make it so. However, if you are dedicated to healing yourself you can basically slip into a routine of meditation. Everyone finds it hard to start, but you will succeed with enough motive.
You can practice the meditation I mentioned earlier for a start. Or if you feel like you aren’t getting anywhere by yourself, you can tune into a guided Reiki meditation that can be found anywhere.
With guided Reiki meditations, you can allow yourself to freely enjoy your time and not be distracted. You are simply following a guide, and you can eventually learn it by heart and do it yourself.
Reiki Meditation guide
If following a guide is not your scene or you’re already well-versed in meditation, you can guide yourself. Feel the energy cascading through every cell in your body, healing you. Various symbols and hand positions can be easily searched.
Just remember to pace yourself. Nothing comes immediately in this work. But Reiki Meditation shouldn’t make you feel bad. Take it one minute at a time and you are on your way to becoming a Reiki Meditation guide yourself.
And lastly, remember to drink water. Reiki, as well as your body, works best when you are hydrated!
Every part of Reiki is beautiful – Even the part where you decide that it is one way you want to grow.
I can’t wait to meet you, so we can help you accept yourself, and help yourself on a regular basis.
No one says it’s going to be easy, but I wish to make the process as laid-back and healing as possible. There is not a relaxing time in your life unless you make one, and that’s what Reiki can do for you.
So, whenever you need a Reiki session, I will be here to help support you.
